The hotel was in a good location right by Brigg and easy parking, the pub until late and the center of town. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Elsham Golf Club.

Booked the room with my family members for 1 night and had a fairly nice stay. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was marvellous and amazing for traveling around Brigg, short walk to the center, the pub until late and SEE BRIGG FROM. Local fast food option Hungery Fisherman was 5 minutes walk away.

The Lord Nelson features a lovely atmosphere with modern decor and well-maintained common areas. The staff were friendly.
A wider variety of breakfast options would be nice.

The ambiance at the Lord Nelson is quite pleasant. Some food issues, like long wait times and management of food service hours, detracted from the experience. It was a decent visit with potential for improvement.

Stayed for a night at lord nelson and loved the ideal location for our party. Breakfast was well cooked, and staff were really friendly. The large english breakfast was good, though a few more options like a continental breakfast would be nice.

Super helpful staff!
The staff were really nice and helpful, and the tapas restaurant next door was a gem! But man, the checkout time was super early at 9 am, and I felt rushed after a rough night. The room was comfy, but the decor could use a refresh.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julspacious roomgreat showerfree parkingoutdated facilities
The double room offered a generous amount of space and an excellent shower that saved the day after a morning hiccup. Free parking at the rear made it easy to come and go without hassle.
Room facilities felt outdated with a kettle positioned awkwardly on a shelf over the bed and clothes storage that left garments nearly brushing my face while I slept. The TV didn't work, the wallpaper was ripped, and there were several dusty corners. Noise from the pub below could be distracting, especially for light sleepers. Breakfast timing at 10am didn't suit early risers like us.

Couple getaway but not without flaws
The breakfast was good and piping hot, really cant complain about that. There was free parking at the rear of the hotel which let us come and go as we liked, quite the bonus in a place like this.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still within bounds.

It was just a prime choice for a short weekend trip in Brigg with very good value for money. The barmaid was friendly and even brought treats for our dog, a nice touch. Make sure to double-check your food orders to avoid mix-ups.

Had a nice two-night stay where we really enjoyed the piping hot breakfast and the free parking was a huge win for us! The garden area was perfect for relaxing with a good book and the kids loved the little play zone. Our room was a bit outdated, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Just make sure to book early to snag a good spot! 😊
